Legendary martial arts master, actor and director Bruce Lee, born Lee Jun-fan on Nov. 27, 1940, was a movie star and cultural icon. Growing up, Lee was a child actor in China. After taking a break from acting to become a martial arts master, Bruce Lee began acting again in the United States.
