It DOES NOT include the pan. We'll install it for you:If you want us to install the cover on your seat pan for you, please ship your seat pan to us after you make your purchase. You will also need to select 'Seat Installation' and add that to your cart before you checkout. Please remove the cover and foam from your pan and include your name and order # on a note with your shipment.
