A long and thin knife, with a flexible and smooth blade. It is especially designed to cut ham and other large pieces of meat.

The characteristic long and flexible forged blades makes this knife stand out. Another of the great features of this series is the Micarta handle, which is made of linen cloth compressed with resin, and its main feature is its half bolster, which makes cutting and sharpening easier.

The handle is ergonomic and the back of the blade is curved.

The rivets are stainless steel, which makes it corrosion-free and ensures the knife won´t come loose from the handle. It is a forged knife, which means it’s made from a single piece of steel and stands out for its silk edge, which gives it an unique cut.

The blade is 12 long with great durability and cutting power thanks to NITRUM stainless steel. It comes with a case perfectly designed to fit the shape of the slicing knife, which you can reuse to store it safely.

To keep a knife in optimal condition, it is necessary to take the best possible care of it by following some simple maintenance tips so that, over the years, it continues to be as good as new.

In addition,it has a 10-year warranty.
